Customer Process & Payment Schedule

When a customer makes a favorable decision to purchase a plot, you must note their visitation date if they show interest, and explain the step-by-step sequence of ownership:

  • Membership Admission: Rs. 5,000/- along with the application form.
  • Enrollment Fee: Rs. 1,00,000/- (within 2 days ).
  • Allotment Fee: Rs. 3,00,000/- (within 15 days ).
  • Agreement Fee: Rs. 5,00,000/- (within 15 days ).
  • Remaining Process: Registration will be completed within 30 days after paying the full outstanding balance.
